Here's my new car! It's a 1993 Nissan Bluebird ARX. It's 1.8 litre, EFi, DOHC, power steer, aircon, and all electrics. Has fuses in it for ABS too, so here's hoping. It's a nice metallic wine red colour. It was imported as a used car from Japan, and I'm the first NZ owner. It has the SR18 engine, the smaller version of the SR20 engine that some of the American Nissan pages talk a lot about. So far it hasn't cost me any major repairs! The Bluebird was apparently sold in the US as the Altima with the same styling as the NZ release. My ARX model is slightly different, particularly around the nose, and apparently only sold in Japan.
It seems to get about 650km on 45l, which costs about $NZ40, which is pretty good for it's size! I think if this car sold in the US, it was under another name. I don't have an owners manual tho, and it's hard to find info on this car on the web. Any pointers anyone?
